Our aim is to work with youth organisations to achieve two things: 

                                    Develop young people to identify their ambitions and realise their potential.

                                    Develop their leadership capability to improve motivation and performance.

How will it work
 The resources that we offer are completely flexible and compatible with each other which enables them to be delivered on a standalone basis or blended together.If you would like a programme that encompasses a number of the resources, we will work with you ensure that we fully understand your needs and objectives and then design a programme which is  specifically tailored to your schools needs and development objectives.  Each programme will then be delivered in a way that fits with your existing timetable and agendas, in some cases we can train you internal team to deliver the programme, making a more sustainable model for the school.  And it doesn't end there, we will work with you after the programme to review the outcomes against your original objectives, and develop strategies with you to ensure the learning from the programme is embedded and results in an identifiable change.
Some programmes attract LSC funding and can be delivered in and/or outside of the school environment. They can fit under a number of agendas and compliment other initiatives such as CEG programmes, Diplomas, Themed provisions, Enrichment etc Our products can be adapted for use with young people and the teams that lead young people.

How much will it cost?
The cost of the programme will vary according to the number of resources, delegates and the chosen delivery method.  Some programmes attract LSC funding and can be delivered in and / or outside of the school environment.  They can fit under a number of different agendas and compliment other initiatives such as CEG programmes, Diplomas, themed provisions, enrichment etc.  Following identification of your needs and objectives we will produce a customised proposal detailing the outlined programme and a fully transparent breakdown of costs.
